Automatic provision for holidays when planning events

GigPlaner allows your staff to let you know when they are not available. As soon as an employee has entered a holiday for any time period, this will automatically be displayed when a request is made for the time concerned. There is also an option, depending on the tariff, that requires all holiday requests to be approved by an administrator.

In all tariffs with expanded holiday management GigPlaner can, if required, not only manage your staff’s holiday periods, but also keep a record of holiday already taken and the number of holidays still available for the calendar year. For this purpose, a holiday account based on the weekly working days runs automatically in the background, and this is accessible at any time by the staff member and the administrator.
